Returns & exchanges

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@sodambeaute.com with details of the product and the defect. After we have approved the request, you will be emailed instructions on how to return the product.  We will not accept any product that has been sent without a confirmed approval from us. In such case, you will be solely responsible for any charges and/or fees.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, of the refund process. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages & issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or products purchased at in-person events.
